Terms and conditions

INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the use by users ("User" or "Users") of the online gambling platform operated by RoyalDogs Casino (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, using the Platform, and placing bets on games offered through the Platform, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these T&Cs.
DEFINITIONS
In this Agreement:

USE OF PLATFORM AND SERVICES

3.1 Subject to these T&Cs, RoyalDogs Casino grants User a non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform solely for their personal entertainment purposes in accordance with law.3.2 Users shall not:a) Use the Services or the Platform in any way which is unlawful, fraudulent, or in breach of applicable laws;b) Attempt to defraud other users by misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or circumstances, including making false claims for winnings or attempting to collude with others;c) Make wagers using funds which are not genuinely your own property (including where such funds were derived from an unlawful source);d) Provide or attempt to provide any false information when registering or playing on the Platform;

3.4 RoyalDogs Casino may, at its sole discretion and without liability for any loss of User, restrict, suspend or terminate their access to the Services or close a User's Account (with notice where possible).

AGE AND RESIDENCY RESTRICTIONS
The use of the Platform is restricted to Users aged 18 years or older.
RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING PRACTICE
a) You may deposit up to £100 with RoyalDogs Casino at any one time without being subject to additional verification procedures, but when you are about to place bets that will cause your account balance (i.e., the sum of the aggregate deposits and the winning amounts already credited into such deposits), which exceeds this amount on two occasions in a row or three times within an 24 hour period.
b) Your Account may be suspended if there is evidence that you have been involved with, or are likely to become involved in, any form of money laundering or other illegal activity. In the case of suspension or closure of your Account, RoyalDogs Casino reserves the right to withhold funds and/or freeze funds held on deposit while such investigation takes place.
SECURITY AND FAIR PLAY
a) The Platform uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology which ensures that communications between User's device and our servers are encrypted.b) RoyalDogs Casino is committed to fair play, ensuring the integrity of Games offered through the Platform by using Random Number Generators ("RNGs").c) RNG tests shall be made available on request.
PAYMENT AND CREDIT ARRANGEMENTS
a) All payments and transactions are in British Pounds (GBP).b) Payment Methods accepted for making deposits or withdrawals include but may not be limited to, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.c) Payments will only be made by RoyalDogs Casino on the submission of adequate proof of identity and residence. If payment is received from a bank account which has been blocked or frozen (whether temporarily or otherwise), we may cancel that transaction.

a) For help with any issues, queries, or complaints related to your Account or Services used through the Platform, you can contact our Support Team via live chat on weekdays between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM GMT;b) In the event of disputes regarding account balances, Winnings (as defined in clause below), payment terms, Wagering Bets, any other matter related to your use of or participation in Games through the Platform or our customer services;
USER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
9.1 You agree that you shall not use the Services for any unlawful purpose and that you will:a) Not allow another person (other than as permitted by the Terms) to access your Account;b) Keep confidential and secure all usernames, passwords, login information or security credentials associated with their registration;
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

RoyalDogs Casino disclaims all warranties of any kind whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise in connection with these T&Cs. RoyalDogs Casino is not responsible for any loss, damage (including indirect or consequential losses) arising from:a) Use or misuse by User or third parties;b) Technical failures which are beyond our control.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RoyalDogs Casino reserves the right to amend and update these T&Cs at its discretion without notice.You will be deemed to have accepted any changes made after they come into effect for all future use of the Platform by continuing to access or play Games through your Account;
GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed in accordance with UK law, where applicable.
